Description
A refrigerator van is an enclosed, temperature-controlled truck built for cargo that can't tolerate heat swings, food and pharmaceuticals in particular. It's smaller than a full refrigerator truck and better suited to shorter runs. Sizes vary, but a typical van runs around 14 feet long by 6.5 feet wide and 6.5 feet high, carrying up to roughly 3,000 pounds, or about 6 to 8 pallets.
